The start of 2011 saw us waiting for a decision on the PPI Judicial Review that had stopped our business in it’s tracks. It would be June, after a positive result from the review, before we saw any kind of normality return to our business. Six long months where we feared we may not have a business if the decision went the wrong way.

June onwards saw a huge surge in new ppi claims being sent to Total Reclaim and we saw new records levels of business being set month after month. Our single biggest ppi reclaim success went from £15,000 to a truly massive £56,114, which was achieved just last week.

In total we have reclaimed for our customers over £1,000,000 this year, which is a staggering amount of money, considering the start to the year we had.

Been a while but I’m back!!

I’ve been so busy I’ve neglected to keep you all updated on the happenings at Total Reclaim.

In a nutshell, records continue to be broken and lenders are continuing to repay hundreds of thousands of pounds in PPI premiums to Total Reclaim customers.

Highlights this week so far include, a refund of over £16,000 from Barclays for a customer in Northamptonshire, £1,348 from Halifax for a customer in Manchester & £3,689 from Tesco for a customer in Northern Ireland.

Last month saw a record number of new claims arrive at our office in Liverpool and this month is on target to at least equal this record.

Unbelievable ppi refunds for our customers!

Over the last few months we reclaimed hundreds of thousands of pounds for our customers across the U.K. and month on month we continue to smash all our previous records for new claims and money reclaimed for our customers.

What would you do with £39,845????

Yesterday morning I had the pleasure of phoning one of our Total Reclaim customer’s to tell them that Barclaycard had agreed with our arguments against them and were going to refund £39,845 in ppi premiums!!! Unbelievable, but true!

The customer went very quiet, then broke down in tears. She was truly stunned. Her first words were, “That’s almost as much as I earn in two years!”

Not every Total Reclaim success will be as large as this one, however, credit card companies are now looking back at the entire time you have had the card with them so we are seeing some huge refunds.

Last week, for example, Barclaycard refunded £15,200, £6928 & £3,444 to other Total Reclaim customers. MBNA, for example refunded £4152 & £5283.

I guess it’s going to be a pretty good weekend here at Tinsley Towers, thanks to the BRILLIANT Mr Daryl Vickers and his team at Total Reclaim. He managed to reclaim a very tidy – no, unbelievable – £15K+ from my credit card company for mis-selling me ppi over many years. Daryl did all the work, and I recommend him to everyone. All I did was sign a form giving them permission to act on my behalf. I wasn’t really expecting anything back, to be honest – these things just never happen to me! – but thought it would be worth at least finding out; there was nothing to lose. So I nearly keeled over when I found out how much he’d reclaimed (with interest added).

What a way to end the week. A new record for a single ppi refund……£15,200 from Barclaycard.

When I spoke to our customer they were stunned into silence. People never expect to receive any money back from their lender, and we never guarantee success, but 90% of the time we succeed in reclaiming our customer’s ppi premiums for them. It is the best feeling in the world calling people to give them the good news. I truly love my job!!

Please don’t believe that your lender will never miss sell a ppi policy to you. They will and the levels of success we achieve proves that they do!!!

You may not receive £15,000 but you could be entitled to a refund of hundreds, maybe thousands of pounds, just like the customer mentioned above.

Well, a Total Reclaim customer in Gloucestershire has to decide what she is going to do as she will be receiving a refund of her ppi premiums from Barclaycard totalling £6928!! In fact the news is even better fro this customer as she has now received over £11,500 in refunds from various lenders on ppi policies she has taken out in the past.

We can’t guarantee every success will be as large as this but, in this day and age, any money refunded by a lender would be gratefully received.

More success for Total Reclaim

August has got off to a flying start for Total Reclaim and for one of our customers, who lives in Liverpool.

The first week of August saw us break our record for the number of new claims received in a single week.

The number of claims being upheld by lenders continues to increase week on week, as they continue to work through the backlog of claims.

We were delighted to inform a customer, who lives in Liverpool, yesterday that Barclaycard would be refunding £3444 in payment protection insurance premiums, after Total Reclaim approached them with the complaint. I am unable to repeat exactly what the customer said upon being told the news, but suffice to say they were very, very happy!

I know I keep banging on about contacting us if you are paying for ppi on any loan or credit card, but these polices have been miss sold for years and years.

If you are paying for one of these policies there is an 85% chance that you were miss sold the policy and you could be entitled to a full refund of your premiums, as in the example above. It does not effect your credit rating or your relationship with your lender. If they have sold the policy correctly the bank has nothing to worry about. But if they cannot provide responses to our legal arguments, they will have to provide you with a full refund of your premiums, plus interest, plus 8% compensation.
